Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales on shopgreendigs.com are final and non-returnable,  unless the product you received is defective or you received the wrong item. If your product arrives defective or if the incorrect item was shipped to you, we will always make it right.

 

If the product you received is defective or you received the wrong item you must follow the steps below to return your product. 

 

    • Plants. If your plant arrives damaged or shows signs of stress, please reach out to customer service within 14 days after shipment. A Greendigs customer service representative will walk you through a quick revival process (sometimes plants need a little jump start after being in transit for a few days). If your plant does not bounce back and starts to show signs of revival within 7 days after the revival process, we will replace your plant, free of charge (including shipping).
    • Containers and Trays; Plant Accessories; Plant Food. If the container or container tray, plant accessory, or plant food package you received is defective, please reach out to customer service within 14 days of shipment and we will replace your product, free of charge (including shipping).

 

We carry products and collections in limited quantities. If you purchase a limited quantity product that is defective, and there is no replacement to send, we will provide you a full refund; however, you must contact customer service within 14 days of shipment.

 

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by email at customercare@shopgreendigs.com, or use our live chat feature on shopgreendigs.com. Generally, customer service will require your order details and a picture of the defective product, and in some cases may request you return the product. Products returned must be accompanied by a RMA number.

 

Failure to follow the above return instructions will result in your product being returned at your cost or your request being denied. We are not responsible for misdirected mail, damage not caused by us, or submission of ineligible products. You may want to obtain a tracking number for any package you send to us.
