Just One Plant: South Facing Light Cocktail

Harness the power of mint with this refreshing libation.

When it comes to growing mint, this simple cocktail is a refreshing way to imbibe in the fruits of your labor. Simply replace recipes that call for simple syrup with your mint honey syrup for a bright substitution. Honey is a great way of introducing sweetness into your drinks without using white sugar, as well as a way of supporting your local beekeepers.
