Story

This vertical-growing plant is so laidback it’s almost, well, horizontal. Native to the dry grassland and forests of East Africa, it’s drought-tolerant and can deal with lower-light spaces too. Glossy and graceful, it’ll add elegance with ease, without overwhelming your space.

Due to state restrictions, we are unable to ship plants to ID, HI, or AK.

Why We Love Them

Living design is all about mixing size and texture. So the ZZ is our first stop for adding height and drama to our plant collection. When we’re feeling really grown up, we like to use a few of them to bring sophistication to a dinner party table. They’re even more glamorous than our guests!

Basics

Smooth Ceramic Pot

  • Simple and oh so stylish
  • Material: Traditional ceramic
  • Colors: White

Plant Care

  • Low-maintenance – AKA really hard to mess up
  • Water once every 2-3 weeks, erring on the dry side
  • Grows best in sunny spots (but will happily stay at the same height if placed in lower or artificial light settings)
